In the past few days we have completed the acquisition of 51% of Storyline, the first Italian consulting company specialized in vertical IT security and cyber risk management.

Storyline employs a team of expert security consultants, lawyers and engineers to provide customers with tailor-made solutions in IT GRC (Governance, Risk Management, Compliance), by means of advanced equipment and international procedures. The acquisition of Storyline is the most recent step, among those planned for 2019, of our group’s growth strategy.
